Return Policy


Exchanges

Not in love with your purchase or simply need a different size of the same item? We will gladly accept returns within the first 15 days of your purchase date and allow you to exchange the return item for a different item, if you are eligible.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For the item to be eligible for a return it must have tags, be in its original condition and packaging, and cannot be damaged or missing any parts not due to our error. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase of the item.

If the item being returned is of lesser value than the new item you wish to exchange for, you will have to pay the difference. If the item being returned is of greater value than the new item you wish to exchange for, you will be refunded the difference back to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and then you may choose a new item for an exchange.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged (unless it arrives damaged).

Shipping

To return your item, please mail it to this address: 1590 Bluffton Terrace Drive, Maineville Ohio USA 45039. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may exchange it for the same item within the first 15 days of your purchase.

Simply send us an email at support@lauleaclothing.com.

Please include a clear description and photos of the damaged item in the email. Also you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we verify that item is indeed damaged and receive your receipt, we will ship out a new item, if we have it in stock. If we are out of stock of the item, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Damaged items do not need to be shipped back to us.
